Graham drove across to my house, picked my ailing lawnmower tractor up, worked to find a solution to the problem, phoned me to discuss options, worked even harder to get it going, (long story - wrong gearbox etc), and then charged a more than fair price together with returning said tractor to my home. Great service all round.
